Our commitment

The Conscious Agency is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technology. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines and treat accessibility as an ongoing practice, not a one-time fix.

What we've built in

This site is built with:

· Semantic landmarks (header, nav, main, footer) and a logical heading order on every page.

· Visible focus states and full keyboard navigation.

· Labeled form fields, with clear error messaging announced to assistive technology.

· Text contrast checked against its background — we avoid pale gold or low-contrast type for body copy.

· Respect for your device's reduced-motion setting: animations and transitions are minimized or removed if you've asked your system for that.

· No autoplaying audio or video.

Known limitations

Some images are still awaiting final photography and use descriptive placeholder text in the meantime. Podcast episodes are working toward full transcripts and captions as each episode is finalized; where a transcript isn't yet available, it is clearly marked as pending rather than omitted silently.
