What this site is

The Conscious Agency (theconsciousagency.com, this website) is operated by Bonnie Winter. Tarot in the Boardroom is our podcast and Substack publication. This policy covers this website only. Substack has its own privacy policy governing the publication and any subscription you complete there.

What we collect

This website does not operate its own server-side database or subscriber list. Specifically:

Newsletter / "The Letter" signup. When you submit the subscribe form, your email address (and optional first name) is passed directly to Substack, which manages the subscription, delivery and unsubscribe process. We do not separately store, sell or share this information — Substack is the system of record. Review Substack's own privacy policy for how they handle it.

Analytics. Certain interactions (link clicks, button clicks) may be recorded through a standard analytics/tag-management tool to help us understand what content is useful. This does not include your name, email or any personally identifying information unless you separately provide it elsewhere (e.g., the subscribe form).

Inquiry forms. Any speaking, advisory or Founding Cohort interest forms on this site are clearly labeled if they are not yet connected to a live inbox or CRM. Once connected, information you submit (name, email, and whatever you choose to share about your inquiry) is used solely to respond to you — never sold or shared with third parties.

Cookies and similar technology

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts and may load a standard analytics script. These services may set minimal technical cookies or use your IP address as part of normal delivery. We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or to build a profile of you for marketing purposes.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from Tarot in the Boardroom on Substack at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by managing your subscription directly on Substack.

Children
